Taofik Shodunke - Founder and Director

Taofik is a dynamic and experienced pharmacist with over 25 years of experience at local and international levels. They are passionate about care settings and maintain experience in being involved in delivering training to care home staff on the safe handling of medications and their appropriate use. Taofik has completed numerous courses, including Safeguarding of Vulnerable Adults and Children, First Aid in the Workplace, Health and Safety in the Workplace Awareness, Epilepsy Awareness, Equality, Diversity and Inclusion and Infection Prevention and Control Awareness. Taofik has worked closely with other healthcare professionals, including doctors in primary care and secondary care settings, nurses, dentists, physiotherapists, and care home managers. With an increasingly ageing population, Taofik wants to ensure and support an increase in the caring capacity of the nation.

Oyindamola Awotunde - Founder and Director

Oyindamola is a versatile and driven business analyst with over four years of practical experience. A dedicated professional, Oyindamola is versed in data mapping, user acceptance testing, and solving complex problems in high-pressure environments. Oyindamola utilises their superior communication skills to build and establish meaningful relationships that exceed client demands. Oyindamola excels at cultivating, managing and leveraging client relationships. They maintain experience working with cutting-edge technology and developing innovative solutions for various industry sectors. In their most recent role, Oyindamola operated as a Healthcare/Dispensing Assistant with Leys Pharmacy. This role saw them running the pharmacy efficiently and effectively while supporting pharmacists and technicians and ensuring excellent customer service. Oyindamola is currently undergoing specialised training to become a mental health nurse, with a particular focus on dementia and learning disabilities
